Kenkō™ Rice Bran Oil is not winterized, which is a process oils may go through to ensure visual clarity. Unfortunately, this process also removes some vitamins and nutrients in the oil. Our oil is NOT winterized and, under some circumstances, may appear slightly hazy. This is an indication that all of the oil’s vitamins and minerals remain in the oil, hence its healthy nature.
